Arrival to Madrid Airport and private transfer to Segovia. Check in at the hotel and free day to explore the city on your own.
Night in Segovia.
In the morning, you will meet with the guide at the hotel lobby to start your 4-Hour Tour. You'll explore Segovia and discover why it was declared a World Heritage Site in 1985. You'll also walk through the Plaza Mayor and explore the Cathedral, a 16th-century architectural jewel. When the guided visit finishes, you will know be driven to Ávila, where you will have some free time for lunch. After lunch, you will meet with the guide and you will start a 3-Hour Tour of the city center and it’s Cathedral, the oldest Gothic cathedral in Spain. At the end, you will be driven to Salamanca, where you will enjoy some free time.
In the morning, you will meet your guide at the hotel and you will start a 4-Hour Tour of the city center and Salamanca’s Cathedrals, starting with a visit to the New Cathedral, built over a period of 220 years, from 1513 to 1733. Entering the Old Cathedral is like traveling back in time to the Middle Ages, guided by its unmistakable architecture and sublime sculptures and paintings. The next stop will be Ciudad Rodrigo, where you will admire the cathedral of Santa María (Together with the Old Cathedral of Salamanca, the Cathedral of Zamora, and the Collegiate Church of Toro, they form the so-called "Salamanca group", an architectural style that is unique in the world. Then, you will continue your way to Zamora, where you will have some free time.
You will meet with your driver at the hotel lobby to start your 2-hour Tour around Zamora and discover its Cathedral, it has Romanesque and Byzantine influences, and its construction started in 1121, during Alfonso VII´s reign. One of its main characteristics is its sobriety. You will then meet your driver and go to Astorga, where you will also enjoy a 2-hour guided Tour. You cannot miss the baroque façade of the Santa María Cathedral, which is an unmissable stop for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago route. At the end of the tour, you will have some free time for lunch and then you will be driven to León, where you will spend the night.
In the morning, you will meet the guide to start a 2-hour Tour of León. The Cathedral of Santa María, known to the people of León as the Pulchra Leonina. A temple that began to be built in the 13th century following the Gothic style that came from France brought by pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. In 1844 it was declared the First National Monument to be restored and become one of the most beautiful cathedrals of the French classical style in the world. Once the tour finishes, you will be driven to Palencia, where you will enjoy some free time, and then start a 2-hour Guided Tour, where you will discover the interior of one of the most unknown, beautiful, and interesting religious buildings in all of Castilla y León. Be amazed by this impressive jewel of Gothic architecture! At the end of the tour, you will be now driven to Burgos, where you will have some free time to explore the city on your own and spend the night.
In the morning, you will meet with your guide to start a 2-Hour Tour. Did you know that at the end of the 11th century, Burgos already had a cathedral? And that it was destroyed because it was not grand enough for the city's growing importance? In its place, Spain today treasures the iconic Santa Iglesia Catedral Basílica Metropolitana de Santa María, better known as Burgos Cathedral. When this tour finishes, you will be driven to Burgos de Osma, where you will be joining a 2-hour tour visiting a breathtaking Gothic cathedral in one of the most beautiful towns in the Spanish province of Soria. At the end of the tour, you will go to Valladolid, where you will have some free time and you will spend the night.
In the morning, you will meet with the guide at the hotel and you will have a 3-Hour Tour of Valladolid. You will discover this city and you will have the opportunity to enter the Church of Santa María de la Antigua, founded by Count Ansúrez in the 10th century, the Cathedral, also known as "La Inconclusa,". At the end of the tour, you will be driven to Madrid, where you will have the rest of the day free so you can discover it on your own.
You will meet with the driver at your hotel lobby and he will drive you to Madrid Airport.
