Up on the north coast is Puerto Pollensa, located away from the main crowds, while the southwest is famous for its party atmosphere. Over in the east, Cala d’Or and Cala Bona offer popular beaches and Mediterranean views.

Majorca’s coastline is dotted with beaches, with a blend of breezy sands perfect for watersports, and protected bays with calm waters.
Evening entertainment
While much of Majorca is very peaceful and serene, the west coast has a well-earned reputation for being a party hotspot. Magaluf especially is leading the way in Balearics nightlife, with live music venues, energetic beach clubs, and karaoke bars. And even if drinking and dancing isn’t your thing, the evening is still one of the best times of the day on the west coast, with incredible sunsets.
